Returns & Replacements

At Jewellery Sale, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item promptly. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
